The PXIe-5423 features digital filtering capabilities and supports a variety of waveforms, including sine waves up to 40 MHz and square waves up to 25 MHz. It offers an adjustable output amplitude ranging from 0.00775 Vpk-pk to 12 Vpk-pk into a 50 Ω load and has a sampling rate of 200 MS/s. Part numbers for this device are 785115-01 and 785116-01.
