The PXI-5404 is a versatile signal generator with a frequency range of up to 100 MHz. It features adjustable voltage output levels from 1 to 2 Vpp into a 50 Ω load and resolution specifications that include a 1.07 μHz frequency resolution and a 12-bit voltage resolution. Additionally, this model supports programmable voltage levels of 5, 3.3, or 1.8 V for high-impedance loads.
