The PXI-4495 features a 24-bit ADC resolution and a programmable gain amplifier ranging from 0 to +30 dB in 10 dB steps. It comes in part numbers 780059-01 (standard) and 780060-01 (with software). Note that it is not compatible with the Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) driver.
